Volunteer Bulletin Board
Sometimes the Cathedral seems so big, with so many different branches, that it is hard to figure out. You may want to get involved, but where to start? This section is a sort of bulletin board for Volunteer Opportunities in the congregation and the Cathedral at large.
If you wish to volunteer for one of these activities listed below, please contact the name and number or email address listed.

Tanganyika Orphans Project - We are currently raising funds for our orphaned and impoverished children of our sister parish, the Cathedral in Tanganyika. The Diocese of Central Tanganyika is a leader in public health and education, sponsoring health clinics, schools, and AIDS prevention programs. It simply needs the resources to extend its work. The partnership between our congregation and The Cathedral of the Diocese of Central Tanganyika links our parishes in a mutual relationship of prayer, communication, and support. The Cathedral of Central Tanganyika identified 50 orphans and vulnerable children from its parishes and the surrounding village of Nala. We have agreed to provide for these children: $50 per child, per year, for school, breakfast, uniforms and books. We are collecting pledges at the congregation table. Checks should be made out to the congregation with Tanganyika Orphans Project in the subject line. Please contact Diane Reiners at missionandoutreach more information. Or to pledge click here.
