Formation for All Ages

Thousands of people come through the doors each day seeking something. Some seeking a particularly good selfie with a statue. Some out of simple curiosity. Some seeking a moment of quiet. Some out of curiosity. Some to partake of one of the dozens of Cathedral programs. The Congregation is here to welcome them all as well as provide an opportunity for those seeking to explore their faith and possibly to find a spiritual home. All are welcome.

Sunday mornings at the Cathedral

We host an array of opportunities to grow in fellowship and spirit - from a 10 AM Bible discussion to a Liturgy class led by Canon Malloy to Inquirers gatherings to a wide array of opportunities for fellowship and community after the services. All are welcome

Lent at the Cathedral

During days and nights we have different opportunities to explore spiritual practices, meditate on the stations of the Cross and join in discussions about Lent as well as prepare for Baptism or Confirmation.

Bible Study with Jewish Students

On Wednesday Nights at 7:30 p.m. in Cathedral House (above), rabbinical students from Jewish Theological Seminary will be joined by Cathedral clergy and others in a discussion of the Hebrew Bible readings from their lectionary.

The Congregation also hosts an array of formation opportunities for youth and young people. For more information about the activities of our active 20s and 30s group, youth events, or our ongoing relationship with the Harlem Youth Initiative, contact the Vicar or follow our News and Events pages.
